The central houses have a first floor where the main entrance to the house is located, a garage for two cars, a bedroom, a bathroom and the stairs leading to the upper floor.

We go up the stairs accompanied by a tree located in the stairwell and which reaches the upper floor fed by the natural light from the skylight located on the roof of the staircase. Once on the first floor we find on one side the day area, consisting of the living room, the kitchen-diner and on the other side the night area with three bedrooms, one of them en suite with dressing room. All on the same floor.

From the living room we can access the garden with swimming pool and gazebo.
