This type of house has two floors, on the ground floor we find the access to the house, the garage for two cars, a courtesy bathroom, a bedroom and the staircase that gives us access to the upper floor.
As we go up the staircase, we are accompanied by a tree located in the stairwell that reaches the upper floor and is fed by the natural light from the skylight on the roof of the staircase. Once we reach the first floor we find the day area, consisting of the living room, the kitchen-diner and the night area with three bedrooms, one of them en suite with dressing room. All on the same floor. From the living room we can access the garden which includes a swimming pool and a gazebo where we can surround the house.
